This section of the website provides quick access to individual data tables.
The Office of Health Information and Research (OHIR) produces a variety of data tables, either as part of
larger reports or as stand alone tables. These tables provide data on a variety of topics, including births,
deaths (including fetal and infant deaths), and population demographics. Data are presented in a variety
of forms (e.g., counts, rates, ratios, percent distributions), for different geographic levels (nation, state,
county, city health department, ZIP code), and time periods (e.g., annual, multi-year trends).
Only recently-published data tables are posted here. Tables numbered "VSCA
##-##" are from the Vital Statistics of California reports; those
numbered "CHSP ##" are from the County Health Status Profiles
reports. To view historical tables from these reports, or to read entire reports,
please go to the Reports Section of this
website.
