Food Safety Education project. This project is the result of a
collaboration between the California Department of Health Services,
The California Food Safety Task Force and the California Parent
Teachers Association Health Committee. The purpose of this project is
to convey four key principles of food safety: washing hands and
cooking utensils; preventing cross-contamination; cooking to proper
temperatures; and storing food correctly.
This website provides food safety educational materials for
