About HMDR:

The Home Medical Device Retailer Licensing Program is a new DHS program mandated by Assembly Bill 1496 of the 1999-2000 session. This program is to license all California and Out-of-State retailers who supply medical devices or durable medical equipment for use in the home to treat acute or chronic illness or injuries.
