    Senior Community Programs, and Epidemiologists
Applied Research to Develop New Models of Preventive Care.
Quality Improvement Program
Professional Education, Training, and Technical Assistance

Target Population:

Community-dwelling non-frail older adults, age 55 and above, who can make and act on their own health care decisions are the clients/populations served.
