What is the Purpose of ODH?

Our office works to improve California's agencies' abilities to address public health needs of people with disabilities by promoting health and preventing secondary conditions including injuries and illnesses. ODH utilizes collaborative leadership to affect environmental, policy, and system changes.

What Does ODH do?

• Take Action Project (April 2005 – March 2007) 
• Living Healthy with a Disability Project (April 2002 – March 2005)
• Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Surveillance Program  (August 1997 – August 2004)
